CSLI Earth Day Cleanup 2017

Thank you for a successful Earth Day Cleanup!

On Sunday, April 23, 2017 we gathered together in celebration of Earth Day. The day began with a cleanup of Cedar Beach in Mount Sinai, followed by a picnic lunch. Later in the afternoon, our board members guided tours of the Marine Environmental Stewardship Center and the Shellfish Hatchery to educate people of all ages about our shellfish restoration and education programs. 

Thank you to the Law Office of Lois Rowman and the Setauket Gourmet Deli for providing lunch, the Bellport Home Depot for donating the buckets we used to collect trash, and all those who attended and donated for making this day a success! See below for photos from the event.
