Preservation

CSLI has led beach cleanups in our local communities for over 10 years, preventing the contamination of our beaches. Thanks to our volunteers and sponsors, we've removed over 200 tons of trash from Long Island shores.

Restoration

Our organization has coordinated the Shellfish Restoration Project since the year 2000. To date, CSLI has released more than 500,000 adult shellfish into Port Jefferson and Mt. Sinai Harbors.
